About Bartender 7 7.0.4 for Mac

Bartender has been around for more than 10 years and is now published by Applause Group, Inc. Version 7 was rebuilt for macOS 27 Golden Gate. You choose which menu bar items always show, which hide, and which appear only when something happens, like unplugging your charger. Hidden items can be revealed by hovering, clicking, a hotkey, or in a separate Bartender Bar below the menu bar. Version 7 adds a Command Bar for keyboard search, and it can now work without Screen Recording permission.

Key Features

Hide and arrange icons

— You decide which items stay visible and in what order, and tuck the rest away. This keeps the menu bar clean without removing anything.

Beat the notch

— Items that would disappear behind the MacBook notch are hidden automatically and can be brought back with a click or hotkey.

Command Bar (new in 7)

— You can search and open any menu bar item from the keyboard. It also includes clipboard history.
