Deep Corp 1.1.4 Story

Deep Corp casts players as a newly appointed state governor and mining entrepreneur in a frontier territory left in disarray by natural disasters and a previous administration's mismanagement. As the story campaign unfolds, players must rebuild the state's economy from the ground up — establishing mining operations, restoring supply lines, and fulfilling the needs of struggling towns. Later chapters introduce escalating threats such as bandit activity near trade routes, forcing players to balance economic growth with regional security as they work toward restoring order to the state.

Deep Corp 1.1.4 Gameplay

At its core, Deep Corp is a logistics-driven strategy sim built around three interlocking systems: extraction, transportation, and production. Players dig tunnels, survey for ore, and assign miners to specific dig sites, since resources are never harvested automatically. Extracted ore is loaded into mine carts and moved through tunnel networks to storage, meaning tunnel and warehouse layout directly affects efficiency. From there, carriages carry resources along player-built routes to factories, which convert raw materials into finished goods through multi-step production chains. Success is measured by a governor reputation meter — late deliveries or unmet city demands cause it to fall, and letting it hit zero ends the game.
